The William F. Brady
Day of the Dozer
Was created by MJE
Construction, Stark Excavating, Re/Max Choice and Brady Homes in 1999.
All proceeds for this event go to the Community Cancer Center.
In 2006, 800 children experienced the opportunity of a lifetime and
there were over 1600 people in attendance. This helped to raise more than
$50,000 for the cause.
The event is held at the Interstate Center. There is plenty of
parking, and bleachers to watch the equipment work, and your children
ride some of the equipment.
The event has provided hard hats for the children.
T-shirts among other merchandise are available to purchase. There are also plenty of
refreshments and things to eat including the "DOZER DOG".
Tickets for the event are $5.00 per child and the
adults are free. This event provides an opportunity for youth to
experience first hand, an actual construction site, and working
equipment.
We look forward to seeing you and your children
this year.
